A payment of 100% of the Service Total is due upon booking. All payments are non-refundable. Any additional fees incurred during the Services, will be charged after the Services are performed. 

Upon reserving and providing your credit card information, Customer authorizes TIED LLC to charge the credit card for any of the following charges: Service Total deposit, Service Total balance, and any other expenses or fees set forth during the completion of reservation. Upon completion of the Services, TIED LLC will provide an invoice itemizing each charge and fee.

Termination by [TIED LLC]: TIED reserves the right to terminate the Agreement with 1 day’s prior notice to Customer. If TIED cancels the Agreement, Customer will receive a full refund.

Overtime pay will apply after the first 15 minutes of prearranged time described on the run sheet. Not responsible for delays or the termination in winter caused by unsafe road conditions (ie. not salted, accidents, etc.).

 

The remaining balance of the Service Total, and any additional fees incurred during the Services, will be charged after the Services are performed. 

The initial start time as outlined on the reservation will remain once the driver has arrived at the appointed location given during the time of reservation.

Upon arrival to the airport chauffeur arrive to the location at the request airport pick up time . The chauffeur will await at the airport for 30 minutes for domestic flights and up to 1 hour for international flights after the allotted time we have the right to depart. 

For hourly and 1 way reservation the card on file will be charged for an additional hour should the reservation extend past 15 minutes of the initial end time If the full reservation time is not used the will not be a refund or credit issued for the unused time. 

Car Seats:

Riders are responsible for:

Verifying the car seat is safe and secure before choosing to take the ride

Safely securing the child in the car seat and removing that child at the end of a ride.

Drivers are responsible for:

-Safely installing and uninstalling car seats at the beginning and end of each ride.

-Taking the test on how to properly install and maintain car seat

Recognizing whether their car seat is in proper working condition.

TIED will be in no way liable for any improperly installed car seat or improperly secured child. If you have concerns about the safety or integrity of a particular car seat, you can email contact@Tiedfw.com.

Cleaning:

TIED LLC may charge the following additional fees incurred during the Services, which will be added to the Total Service balance and itemized on the invoice provided to Customer:

 A.Vomit inside the Vehicle: $500

  1. Clean-up fee for excessive litter or mess: up to $250

 C.Broken/missing glasses: $20 per glass

 D.Damage to Vehicle/Items Inside the vehicle: Cost of repair

TIED LLC may charge the following additional fees incurred during the Services, which will be added to the Total Service balance and itemized on the invoice provided to Customer:

Limited Warranty: TIED LLC warrants that it will perform the Services in a timely, workmanlike, and professional manner in accordance with generally recognized industry standards for similar services. 

TIED LLC (a) MAKES NO WARRANTIES EXCEPT FOR THAT SET OUT ABOVE AND (b) DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

Limitation of Liability: IN NO EVENT SHALL TIED LLC BE LIABLE TO ANY CUSTOMER, GUEST, OR THIRD PARTY FOR ANY LOSS, DAMAGE, OR INJURY, OR FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, EXEMPLARY, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES WHETHER ARISING OUT OF BREACH OF CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR OTHERWISE, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER SUCH DAMAGE WAS FORESEEABLE AND WHETHER OR NOT TIED HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Lost Items:

In the event that we identify a Found Item we will contact the service purchaser directly by phone with details of the relevant Found Item, including a brief description of the condition in which the item was found. 

IN NO EVENT SHALL TIED LLC BE LIABLE TO ANY CUSTOMER, GUEST, OR THIRD PARTY FOR ANY LOSS, DAMAGED REGARDLESS OF WHETHER SUCH DAMAGE WAS FORESEEABLE AND WHETHER OR NOT TIED LLC HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES/LOSS.

If an item is lost TIED is not responsible for the return of the item the purchaser will have the option to pay a trip fee to retrieve the item or pickup from the corporate office at no charge. 

 

Transportation Policies:

Entertainment/snacks/ice/drinks will be provided by the Customer

– Tips are highly recommended

In TIED LLC sole discretion, a different vehicle may be substituted for the Vehicle.

Additional Fees: TIED LLC may charge the following additional fees incurred during the Services, which will be added to the Total Service balance and itemized on the invoice provided to Customer:

  1. Smoking inside the Vehicle: $200
  2. Vomit inside the Vehicle: $500
  3. Clean-up fee for excessive litter or mess: $150
  4. Broken/missing glasses: $10 per glass
  5. Damage to Vehicle: Cost of repair
  6. Trips to the Airport outside of original booking: $300
  7. Inconvenience Fee (Going over the original booking time): $200
  8. Pet Cleaning fees- up to 150.00

Termination by [TIED LLC]: TIED reserves the right to terminate  the Agreement with 1 days prior notice to Customer. In the event that TIED cancels the Agreement, Customer will receive a full refund.

Limitation of Liability: IN NO EVENT SHALL TIED LLC BE LIABLE TO ANY CUSTOMER, GUEST, OR THIRD PARTY FOR ANY LOSS, DAMAGE, OR INJURY, OR FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, EXEMPLARY, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES WHETHER ARISING OUT OF BREACH OF CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR OTHERWISE, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER SUCH DAMAGE WAS FORESEEABLE AND WHETHER OR NOT TIED HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

By accepting services by TIED LLC you understand and agree to the terms of service set forth and agree to pay the Service Total and any other fees or charges assessed by TIED LLC including the costs of damages caused during the Services by any Customer or Guest.

Passenger Behavior:

Customers and Guests must always follow the instructions of the Vehicle driver.

Any Customer or Guest who is unruly in the driver’s sole discretion will be asked to exit the vehicle.

Violation of the Transportation Policies may result in early termination of the Services. In the event of early termination, Customer will be charged the Service Total balance in full.

Pick up/drop off locations:

In the drivers sole discretion he or she may request to relocate if the pick up/drop off location is inaccessible or for any reason deemed unsafe for themselves, passengers or other drivers. 

Seating capacity:

The Passenger capacity must be less than or equal to the given capacity authorized for the safety of all passengers. The seating capacity is limited to seats with working safety belts any attempt to travel above the given capacity may require additional vehicle reservations or a change in vehicles.

Smoking:

Smoking and illegal drugs, including marijuana, are not allowed in the Vehicle.

TIED LLC may charge the following additional fees incurred during the Services, which will be added to the Total Service balance and itemized on the invoice provided to Customer:
